Check out Bayson R Motorsports for a 996TT lip. Have mine for 2+ years, great fit and finish. Almost exactly like the OEM for less than half the cost.

The Bayson guys need to fix their crappy site, I just tried to order a lip 3 times and the ordering page is obviously messed up..

 

Suncoast and Porscheoemparts.com both have the 997.1 TT stock lip (non-paintable) for 180ish. The aero kit/paintable one cost about 800ish. I believe the Sonnen(sp?) porscheoemparts.com guys are near you in CA as well so shipping should be cheap. I don't ram mine into stuff, but constantly scrape in the driveway. This is one of the few reasonably sacrificial parts on my car.

 

I need one for a 996C4S/TT body. I will check both and see what they have.

 

I heard the same from others that have tried to order from their site. Check on Ebay if they have them for sale.
