I picked up a set of Tial Alpha turbos from another board member. One of the turbo centers exploded, so I got a nice deal on the set.

However, since I am planning on selling the 996, I will no longer have a use for these.

-One turbo is good, no shaft play.
-One turbo is blown, both wheels ruined, housings appear salvagable.

I spoke with Jake @ Tial, I also have an open RMA number for them, but I have not shipped them the turbos.

I had an agreement with the previous owner on these turbos, totaling $1800 for the set in this condition. Jake estimated roughly $1000 for a brand new, replacement chra, and replacement billet compressor wheel, rebuilt.

With that being said I am offering $2900 for the complete set, both turbos functioning, one of which will be fresh from rebuild. Alternatively, $1800 for the set as it sits, the rebuild will be up to you.

I am not making a cent on this deal. If they sit around long enough, I'll rebuild them and sell them for $2900 after I get them back.
