Where does it attach up top? It looks like there are holes at the top of the bar that aren't utilized?

It's for the 6/8pt option to become a full cage if necessary.

this roll bar looks great in many different exterior color, black/white/silver... etc, perfect way for that new orange caliper schemes that is in the trend right now!
