Ryan, I have to say, our transaction has left a bit of a sour taste. I have been patient with the shipping delay and the 2 months of waiting on a resolution. I understand that you were selling for a friend, but I was only able to contact you and paid you directly; I understand that I am buying used seats, but as a seller, you should be responsible in getting me the seats in the condition as described. I did not expect to receive the seats with chips and scratches in the carbon fiber or scuffs on the leather. I'm not sure how the damages came to be, but as I've advised, the packaging was sufficient and from what I can tell, the damages were not from transit, but likely before they were shipped.
