997.2 GT3 Wing NR Auto Bolt on!

Category: Exterior - Body Parts
Price: $1250
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): AZ
Item Condition: Brand New
Shipping Information: Item can be shipped

GT3 997.2 Style rear wing to fit on 2005-2008 997.1 (maybe also fits 997.2 i have no idea)

cost me $1600 shipped- & 3 weeks wait for them to make & ship.

Brand new, its a direct bolt on- you remove your auto spoiler & add bolt the wing in its place, doesn't replace the decklid or anything, so there are 0 fitment issues- just bolt it on

i just got the wing last week- was going to do the entire kit- front gt3 bumper took a month to arrive- gt3 rear bumper having problems with order, nothing is working out- i wanted to be done with this project 3 weeks ago and now just giving up on it- new project in mind - maybe Turbo complete deck lid!

Comes with instructional CD with pics for each step + the Wiring harness for the 3rd brake light- + Mesh to be inserted where the air intakes for the wing are- The wing is functional & lets in more air into the engine through the 2 scoops.

As you see i have the packaging & everything ready to go- pics below are of the bumper i have, also adding Forum member ngrette10 pics as he has the same exact wing from NR auto on his maroon 911 here are pics of it painted on his car- (NG hope its ok i'm using your pics)

How does it bolt on to the decklid? I assume you have to drill holes? Reason I'm asking is because I want to go this route, but I have the Aerokit rear decklid and wing so Im assuming this only works with the standard rear decklid?

Thanks,

Matt

You dont need to drill anything! you remove your stock automatic spoiler only- and bolt this wing onto where the original spoiler went in

karamountzos is infamous around these parts
What is this made from? Fiberglass? Does it need prep? How does the mesh get inserted? Is this something that needs to be stapled in? I'm interested for sure.

Yes Fiber Glass, its brand new- need to prep and paint- the mesh grill i'm sure is no problem to figure out how to put it in place, i didn't install it so dont know- you will figure it out! probably glue it on?

correct. the aerokit decklid is 1 piece. for you to use this wing, you would need a standard rear decklid to mount the spoiler onto.

Holding onto it for now until absolutely must give it up. Or might get an additional daily that I can also use for business. Any daily replacements for you?
