D2S 6700k Bulbs, Assembled in Taiwan, using Genuine German Made Philips 6700k "Flash Star" Capsules (you can see the red salts). Used for about a year.

3rd pic is this bulb installed on to my 997TT.

This Taiwanese HID company makes alot of bulbs for various smaller HID brands such as MTEC. Philips sells their bare capsules to this company and they use them to make D1S, D2S etc.

Exact same quality as German Made Ultinons but at a much lower price point. The key to any bulb is the capsule, the plastic base is of lower importance.

These sell new on ebay for about $150: Search "D2S 6700k" Seller: "mtecpower" if you want more details about them.
