I've just ordered from DCTMS.com as well (carbon/leather with flat bottom). They are considered to be one of the best for custom wheels.

 

You buy the new steering wheel, install it, then send them your's back as a core return. Total cost with the airbag was about $2k. I've been pretty happy with mine. The only complaint - and it's very minor, the stitching kind of sticks out too much on the 10 and 2 oclock thicker area...rubs a little rough on my thumbs. I'm sure after I wear it in it will be gone.

I got a used 3 spoke with the steering wheel buttons, bought a new airbag, bought the DCTMS steering wheel, installed it, had a tuner program the buttons, and sent back the used steering wheel for the core.

I have the old stock XPA steering wheel to sell if anyone wants it.

I just ordered a custom carbon & black leather with flat bottom and thicker hand grips (no top ring) wheel from DCT also - should he here in a couple weeks. I went with their perforated leather option so I didn't have to worry about how similar the smooth leather matched the OEM interior smooth leather. I'll post some pics once it arrives which will also free up my OEM Carbon & Leather wheel from a 997.1 (triangle airbag style) if anyone is looking for one of them.

 

i'm about to order one from DCT also, flat bottom, mixture of smooth leather with perforated, extra padding, molded grips added, i have seen their work, it is excellent, looks oem
