OEM RS Front Bumper no issues, taken off of my 2008 GT3RS. Orange color and no stickers on it. It has a Cup Car Lip on it! Excellent conditions, awesome upgrade for any 997!

What's the difference in the RS and Non RS bumper?

there isn't a difference in bumpers, just in the lip. the RS lip is the identical also except it has holes for an extension piece that goes in the middle of the lip.

What other parts would be needed for the conversion on a 4s front and rear (other than the exhaust routing)?

 

^Nothing else. It is quite a simple conversion once the exhaust has been re-routed. I've take both cars apart and there's not much to it.
