Hey there everyone!
Tried looking around for a motor on ebaymotors or some salvageyards with little to no luck. Just wanted to see if anyone has a old/new motor laying around that was scrap by chance. I am trying to make a table and need a motor. Budget is low so no I am not looking to spend thousands of dollars, maybe someone has something sitting around?!
Any help would be appreciated! I am located in Maryland if that helps!

I know that there are a few local to us. Check the local PCA. The last one I saw that was not working went for $3000 as a referance point. It had a hole in the case.

 

I gave a case with a small hole to a buddy to make a table. Don't know if he did or not. Il get back with you if he's still got it.

 

Yeh he still has the case. Are you looking for the crankcase only?? Make me an offer plus actual shipping. Expect $100-$150 shipping.

Sorry Pumptech about not getting back sooner but I just saw your message today . I actually picked up one yesterday locally for just under 200 bucks. But like Gunther said they are usually in the thousands of dollars so I think I did the right thing. I maybe looking for another one eventually if this turns out. But I will probably look to find another "steal". Thanks again for the offer Pumptech.

Of course! My only problem is staying in country long enough to have the time to build it. I don't think I told you Gunther but I sold my Turbo. Was a sad day but the worse news came when the person I sold it to totaled it a month or so later.
