I have a 958 Cayenne roof rack which I accidentally purchased for my 957. Therefore I need to sell it. It is brand new, never used with key. I attempted to mount it on my Cayenne until I realized that there was no way it would fit. I'm selling it for quite a bit less than I paid for it. Buyer pays shipping from Seattle, WA. Thank you.

Hi Mike,

The Suncoast rack that you linked to is for the vehicles with roof rails which protrude above the roof

The transport system that I have uses the feet which lock into the integrated roof tracks. These are found typically on the panoramic roof optioned Cayennes.

I just checked my car, it has no roof rails nor any opening to attach this roof rack.

I guess i'm out of luck.

 

Thanks Mike, you might have anchor locations where you can buy the longitudinal rails and install them there. I'm not sure, good luck!

 

Mike, the roof rail will need to be a part of the spec when the Cayenne is being build, there are no opening nor installation point for the rail and the rack after the car completes the build. As far as I know, dealer cannot install the rail post build and no 3rd party after market will fit. My neighbor went through this process with his Cayenne a while back and there are post you can search about it on this forum. Good luck!
