For Sale- My HRE P40SC's.

These are tinted in Dark Grey Clear. The photo's make them seem brighter than in person. These are grey wheels for sure. These have about 1K miles on them. New these are about $8K. These wheels are just not for me. Not my favorite style. I guess it's just a personal preference. Hey my loss is your gain, right?

These are 20" x 8.5 front and 20" x 11 rear. These are on my 991, but I'm sure they'll work on other Porches. Check with HRE if you're not sure. I have no idea what else they'll work on.

PM me if you're interested. They're perfect, but just really not for me.

The finish on those wheels is amazing. If you look at the rear of the wheel on the backpad the etched serial numbers will reveal the offset.

Do they come with tires ?

AlecS Oct 13, 2014 02:39 PM

Hi guys-
These wheels do not come with tires. Wheels only. They are "Dark Grey Clear" from HRE. That means it's got a clear coat but it's tinted dark. So the wheels are grey but very specular when hit with sunlight. I will get some new pictures of these unmounted soon and post the offsets. These are designed for the base 991 but will work fine with modest spacers on S cars.

thanks-

Well I had a little time so I thought I'd give these wheels a bath (yes literally) and shoot some indoor unmounted shots to give you a better idea of color. Also snapped some shots of the specs on the back rim.

It looks to me that the fronts are 45 offset and the rears are 60. I'm sort of guessing it's the number after "ET".

After cleaning them up really well there's not a noticeable mark anywhere. Really good shape as they should be with 1000 miles. There is some scraping on one of the back rims on the inside. Probably a car wash track. I have a shot of it here with the rear markings. It's not bad at all but I want to be completely transparent here.

Thanks

are you going back to stock wheels?

AlecS Oct 13, 2014 04:48 PM

Yeah, I had my stock wheels painted black for more contrast and I'm good with that for now. Maybe next year I'll look into wheels again.
