For sale is a used GT3 Tek front lip for 997.2
As I said the lip is used and - unfortunately - has some scruffs (but no cracks, it's made from Polyutherane).
On the front underside (very hard to see) and on the driver's side front corner (see picture)

I am selling it as my driveway is simply to steep to avoid scruffing the lip
I am including new mounting tape (see picture) and all the mounting screws.
