It definitely sounds more aggressive than stock but I wouldn't say it's loud. It sounds good.
If a manufacture says they're exhaust doesn't drone in some way, shape or form, they're full of it. Hell, the stock one droned a little too.
However, this example droned the least, from my experience, and the circle of friends I have with modded 996TT's.
