If so what color is it ?

Will work on a 2009TT 997.1 w Tip, guaranteed?

Will fit & function 100% without programming via PIWIS / P-Dealer ?

No need to reprogram, its mechanical not software based... it will work 100%, my interior is stone grey...

i am curious to how the paddle shift work mechanically...is there physical linkage to the transmission?
