The tires are completely shot and will need replaced.
The wheels are in pretty good condition. 1 has some noticeable scratches as shown in the pictures. I purchased to be used as a temporary set while i had my aftermarket wheels refinished and no longer need them.
The barrels and lug holes have some plastidip remaining which can be easily removed with a pressure washer, degreaser and a little muscle.
