Does anyone know if you can replace the centre peice with carbon fiber to delete PDK buttons and fit it to a 2007 997 6speed?

yes the non pdk-centre piece should fit but u will still have holes in the back of the steering wheel. if fitting on a 2007 997 unless you currently have multifunction on your car (which u will have to use piwis/durametric to change a setting) the horn will not function unless u purchase a new steering module.
