After 4 years of transporting track tires/wheels on a Harbor Freight trailer towed by my 987.1, I broke down and bought a real car hauler. So I do not need the hitch any longer and offer it it for sale. It mounts to the bumper via the tow hook bolt holes, and a small "tongue" w/ hole for the ball protrudes through a slit in the bumper cover. W/o the ball it is almost invisible. I also have and am including a pair of early Boxster bumper mounts that are much more robust than the stock Cayman ones. The proof is in the pudding and I have towed w/ this package for thousands of miles. The hitch also serves as a rear tow hook for the track. They are rare but I am selling this one for less than I have in it. $200 + shipping.
