The wheel without the airbag, is that the "thick" version?

Not sure. It's the "Sport" wheel,.. which is thicker than the standard wheel pictured to it's right.

Not sure if there is an even thicker version of the sport wheel,... at least from Porsche.

Could you measure the diameter of both the wheels without radio controls? I think there was a thicker option, I have a sport wheel now but trying to find the thick version. Thanks

Measuring the top of the wheels from inside to outside with a dial caliper,...

Standard wheel W/ triangle airbag is 1.090"
Sport wheel pictured with airbag is 1.165"
Sport wheel without airbag is..... 1.180

That third wheel was sold to me by a member on here as having been a "thick" wheel, but when I got it, I couldn't tell any difference, and presumed he was mistaken.

Holding the two wheels just now,.. one in each hand,.. I cannot tell a difference.

After having been sold that second wheel,... I did some research (2 years ago now),.. and wasn't able to find an "extra thick" wheel available in that generation car. I think it may be a thing for the newer cars.

It seemed that the way the guy had advertised it was open to interpretation. Like perhaps just that the sport wheel was thicker than the standard wheel,... and not that it was an extra thick version of the sport.
