I would think it could be found off GT2 or GT3 versions cars, but I have seen aftermarket too
I am willing to considering anything similar to the picture that is attached to this request
isnt thats what we are trying to do?
no disrespect, but i thought that was the idea
approach a vendor that would tell us that we need x amount of units to get z price, and they handle everything
maybe I am misunderstanding your response
unless you are saying group buys or whatever arent allowed?

Member initiated group buys are not allowed...there is a good reason why....when they were allowed many members were ripped off and a member disgraced when the vendor, who was not a forum sponsor, took all the money and delivered no product. Group buys have to be initiated by a forum sponsor so we have some hammer if they don’t perform. Hope this makes it clearer.
gotcha.... and i dont mean any disrespect, before and now when I ask this.... just clarifying
If i was to contact a forum sponsor, ask him how much if me and Gixxer bought ours together, and then suggest that the sponsor offer this or a bigger discount to the rest of the forum, if they want.... would this be ok?
or would it be partially ok? since gixxer and I are approaching on our own?

Totally alright! We encourage interaction between members and forum sponsors and we like getting feedback about the experience. It might surprise you to know that we have banned sponsors before for unethical practices or failure to perform. This forum is for the members period. We are happy when we don’t have to get involved at all. We are fortunate to have great sponsors who make this forum free for us. I say us because I am a member first. I am a volunteer and receive no compensation for the abuse I receive.
Here's what I've found so far:
1). Preowned OEM GT3 RS wing on ebay $14k
2). Vorsteiner VR-T wing on various websites for $3800, but no one has them and they have been discontinued.
3). Wicked Porsche has GT3 RS style high wing with uprights, deck lids made specifically for our cars and look pretty awesome, but they are still $10K! Ouch!
4) Various wings found on ebay anywhere between $900 and $19k, who know what the quality is....
I'm hoping a vender comes in here and can offer us a High Wing product for our cars that is of excellent quality with OEM fit and finish that isn't astronomical in price.

I have been looking for a while now and actually have found about the same..... except the more I dig daily... the more I un-earth.
Yeah 10+k is stupid money for a body panel and a wing... Dont get me wrong, I understand the fit and quality, but I have seen "knock offs" that are being raced that cost far less
I figure, if i am not running the stock wheel, suspension, turbo, intercoolers, intake, exhaust.... why does the wing have to be a OEM piece.
I just dont want it to look like it is aftermarket in the fit and quality.
I have found quite a few manufacturers that actually make high quality copies without the high dollar tag.
Maybe, we can find out we like and work from there to see if the company is a sponsor and willing to work with the group to do a group buy
Gixxer, are you working with a Turbo, a Carrera, or a GT?

I am totally on board with what you are suggesting: $10k is stupid money for a wing. It doesn't have to be OEM, but fit and finish is important and I don't particularly want it to look aftermarket either...
to me fit and finish is key. i am sure functionality is there since you see all those other "rice" and "race" cars out there with the same kind of wings. Sure the dynamics might change in the adjustment, but in the end as long as it isnt an air brake, or isnt wonky that makes the car unstable, I think we are just looking for good fit and finish.
of course, a good body shop could take a some what not well fitted deck lid and massage it to fit right.
the difference is how much massaging? and how much cost? you could spend 3k on a cheap kit and it cost 10k to get it fitted :-P
