Excellent condition, I think it's leather, but not sure, it looks like real leather. If so, this piece is over $700 at Suncoast. If not, it's still a $250 purchase. It's off my '02 turbo which I sold. Car was ordered with full leather interior, deviating stitch, etc. 140k build.
