That's why it should be in California!

I have not driven my 360 in 3 weeks due to the rain here but alas the sun is out and good times are on the horizon!!!

BTW as to pricing, I have seen $16K-$18K price differences same car different sellers-dealer vs. non-dealer.

That and the sales tax savings can pay for a whole lot of repairs if needed! So, the extended warranty may be superfluous!

I thought the BGT were powered by VW's V12 engines? If so, the engines and powertrain should be pretty reliable since its semi-mass produced.

They are but they are two (2) 6 cylinder engines put together!

Too bad they did not put a V-8 in there smaller than the Arnage engine.

Big luxury cruisers like these are NOT known for their reliability, not one of them. Not a Rolls, not a Maybach, definitely not a Bentley. If you want reliable, I recommend just about anything not over $100K.

Now that sounds like a ridiculous statement.

Are you speaking from experience or hearsay?

I have a few cars worth well over $100K and none is a problem.

So from what do you draw upon to make such an indepth statement?

Does anyone here own a CGT out of warranty? The Bentley warranty is much shorter than most other manufacturer warranties, so I'm curious as well. There's tons on the market right now too. I am uber tempted to pull the trigger on one, but none of the ones in my price range have warranty (MY
2005) or only have a few months left.

I had been told that it's wise to shy away from the 05 M/Y due to electrical problems, but I am not certain of what those are.

I, too, am concerned about the out of warranty issues with the Bentley, and I can't seem to get any answers.

How about it, gaucho's? Any one know from experience?

I would imagine the '04's were the problematic ones (1st year) but, like you, I havent really gotten definitive answers either.

Some one out there must have some info!

What's the true skinny on the Bentley's?

How about this? Has any owner experienced any major issues in or out of warranty?

Haven't owned mine long enough to really chime in..but no issues so far

The dealer and a guy I know that have had his for a year have said they are indestructible and make great daily drivers.

We'll see!

Great to know but the fuel consumption might change my mind as a daily driver.
