Getting 21" HRE 593R's from Peter at Wheel Experts for my Mulliner GT. Black gloss center with chrome lip. Can't wait. :)

Gil, Way to go, what about your stock wheels?

Jay Slay Feb 28, 2008 01:55 PM

Ehh, wheel experts is ok. You should have checked out Action Tire on Route 46east in NJ...Here's is a pic of their showroom.

Wow Jay, that's one of the best showroom i've ever seen! NICE!!

Jay Slay Feb 28, 2008 02:19 PM

yeah they are real good..my friend orders stuff from Peter at wheel experts once in a while..modulare wheels for his SL, hre's for his clk63 and etc..but sometimes it's just easier to go to a shop...I personally believe in getting the best price..but, sometimes service is more important.

///M TECHNIK Feb 28, 2008 02:23 PM

nice show room! any pics of the GT ?

Stryke Feb 28, 2008 02:50 PM

I also believe in service, in fact, over price. That is exactly why I go with Peter. I just can't go wrong for knowledge, reliability, speed, price, efficiency, you name it!! I wouldn't think of getting wheels anywhere else. :)

Mark, I am gonna use the Mulliner 20" wheels for winter and the HRE's for summer, depending on how long I keep the car.

Pics of the car are somewhere in this section. Peter is going to ship them to Ron over at Forest Hill Exotic Performace (Vipertestarossa on the board) and he will mount my new tires and sensors. He is the only local shop that touches my cars. He did my Lambo as well.

Great choice Gil!

I got my HRE's from Peter and should have them in a week or so! I can't wait!

Don't you and Marc love our cars! I am gonna try to take some driving vids of the new exhaust setup. It's insane!

Stryke Feb 29, 2008 02:06 PM

Fred, you are going nuts on this car...LOL

I will do the wheels and tints and see how it sits then. :)
