Bentley with 22's?
How does GT Speed handle/feel with 22" wheels. Does it get really rough as the sidewall is decreased so much?
Thanks! |
I have 22's but I recently had to go back to the factory 19's temporarily and the difference in ride quality is negligible. The air suspension does an excellent job and damping the nvh from a rim/tire change.

What wheel/tire combo are you running?
22x9.5 with 265/30/22 front, 22x10.5 with 295/25/22 rear. |

Thanks! I have 22's in my Range Rover Sport and I can definitely tell the difference between 20's and 22's. I'm just wondering if 22's on a $200,000 car will spoil the usability of the car. Especially the rear tires are super low profile. Running 305/25/22 would help a bit, but that size is not available I guess...
Can you comment? Thanks!!! |

I daily drove my Bentley with 22's for a couple of weeks. There is the slight annoyance of having to be careful with potholes and train tracks, but it does not spoil the usability. If anything spoils the usability it is the fact that Bentley on 22's can attract a bit of attention, depending where you live.

Can you comment? Thanks!!! Forged wheels make a big difference in ride/handling from normal heavy chrome wheels. |

Mine is lowered with a Renntech module. If anything changed the ride quality, its the lowering module. However, its not a big deal to me because it makes the car look 100x better when its lowered.

Just a regular Continental GT. However, I did add Evomsit ECU and Fabspeed exhaust to compensate, lol.
btw, how has it changed due the Evomsit tune? |

I asked because of lowering. I think it is a must to lower a regular GT. Speed is already lower and I don't know if lowering is really needed or useful. I'm sure you have an awesome fist-to-an-eye ride!
btw, how has it changed due the Evomsit tune? Evomsit tune and Fabspeed exhaust combo makes the car an animal. :D |
