Tire Pressure Monitoring

my Tire Pressure Monitoring show up F:3.0- R:2.6 is that mean PSI or KPA?

Not sure but I think the car can display either. Living in the USA I only PSI and those numbers would be flat tires. Be sure ccwboy that you have properly inflated tires and double check them with a good quality tire pressure gauge. I bought a good one especially for this car. If you dive this car at any real speed get it right or die.

my mechanic told me that 40psi front: 35psi rear will give the best ride if this helps

Is that a wider pressure difference than the book calls for? I have mine set at F44 and R40 just in case I run a greater speed every now and then. I accept a more stiff ride to be safe at higher speeds and aggressive cornering.

Thats "bar" so 3.0 is 43.5psi 2.6 is 37.7psi.

You cannot change the unit of measure for the tire monitoring but can change the value when you when u programme cold tire pressures under settings.
