2005 CGT Air Pressure monitor Problem

Hello again ;-)
My CGT was parked in the garage and I forgot to plug in the Ctech. Long story short, the battery died. I was able to start it with the Aux bat. Now the info center on top of the steering column has the tire pressure light with a line through it illuminated. I tried resetting the pressure and that info center on the Nav screen shows 4 hour glasses and will not show the true tire pressure numbers. I checked all the tires manually and they're all 100% 46psi front/43 rear with no leaks. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, can you help with the remedy. Never had any issues prior to this with the sensors. I also doubt all 4 sensor batteries died on same day. Thank you for you help.

I've owned the car for 6 months, it was purchased from a good friend whom had it from the start. Never any issues. I don't think the module has ever been replaced. Again, this just occurred after the battery discharged. Can you recommend a scanner that works best for this car? I really appreciate your help.

Don't worry I will post more than two more questions..lol.
