Weird problem with front cigarette lighter socket

Recently the front cigarette lighter socket stopped working for two of the cords I have (radar/dashcam) but still works for my one other cord (FM transmitter). The rear slot works for all 3 (radar, dashcam, and FM transmitter). Any idea what could be causing this? Pics below. All 3 cords work in every other car I've tested them in.

The cord for the radar exhibits the same behavior as the dashcam cord, just not pictured.

Thanks.

Could be different amperage on the front cigar lighter.

Use a wood stick or something INSULATED (read: not metal/conductive) and push out the inner tab CAREFULLY just a bit! Basically, sounds like the inner positive tab is suffering metal 'fatigue'.
