....Different cars have different purposes, different strong points and weaknesses...
Our Volvo C30 and Lexus GS350 are trouble free and dull...The Bentley is anything but not dull and relatively rare, can go a month without seeing another. It is regrettable that you had to experience the frustration, disappointment and expense of repairing your early GT.
If you knew then what you know now would you make another choice. Six year, plus, with the 2010 Speed has been a pleasure, but I didn't get into Bentley until 80...hardly knew it existed...
BackOT: ZF has had problem with some of their transmissions, hopefully that's all behind. We had a 5 series for over 10 years that was like new. At 50,000 miles had the transmission fluid changed, promptly blew out the transmission. Gave car away...
