Basically, it is the same engine as in the Bentley yet add two turbos.

after reading this you wonder how cars with such a complex design can still be on the road after ten years of continuous operation!!

add to all this the complexity of two turbos....

I know that your not happy with the Bentley company behaviour, and I mostly agree with you, but you must agree that for a machine that is, essentially, a ''computer on wheels'' the engineers did hell of a brilliant job!!

if you consider that the only ''serious'' problem most of us got with the engine is the, infamous, vacuum pump hose failure.....it's close to a miracle!

volkswagen scandal or not those guys are bloody good!

Yeah a lot going on there, yet that is pretty standard with modern cars nowadays. Must say I've had far more problems than posted here. Feeling stuck between the constant upkeep versus calling it a day.
