I modified my own exhaust. (Because i'm really cheap)
Anybody else done this?
cut open the rear muffler, opened a flap, pulled out all the fibreglass, covered the muffly holes in the internal tubes, bent flap back, screwed in place with sheet metal screws (drilling titanium is a biznitch) sealed cuts with Hvac foil tape, Voila...... Awesome sounding exhaust for free. No kidding. There is a heat shield above the muffler boxes anyway... I figured if it went bad, I was going to buy the quicksilver rear section anyway. But it worked perfectly. |
