Bentley GTC boot lid keeps opening and closing on its own

Hi fredham1,
not quite the same symptoms, but I was having trouble with my boot lid.
The Indie I use replaced the drivers side boot lid hinge assembly and solved the problem.
Seems it's a fairly common problem. Hope that helps.

just found out it was the boot lid button
it is earthing out and flattened the battery
new one ordered £70 from eBay new one from bentley £485
