Bentley GTC 2008 wont start
#16
I have a 2008 bentley GTC with 23k on it. Last month it started running rough. I checked the obd and had 12 codes. So I brought it to BENTLEY OF PARSSIPPANY ( they didnt know what was wrong) then brought car to BENTLEY OF EDISON ( they didnt know what was wrong). At this point im at a loss for words when the dealers cant figure out what the problem is. I was looking online on 6 speed and came across a post recommending JASON GIANETTI IN WEST BABYLON NY. I towed my car to him on a thursday and by friday morning he had my car running on all 12 cylinders. It turns out it was a corroded connector to the ecu of bank 2. I am RECOMMENDING JASON GIANETTI WITH 100% CONFIDENCE. TELL HIM STEVE FROM RYE RECOMMENDED HIM. GREAT GUY.

i have 05 continental. Was taking it to Edison Bentley for service, they were good and pretty fair with pricing in the beginning, but then tgey started crazy overcharging me, so I stopped going. But car still developed issues and I don’t know where to take it. I think I’ll try this Jason as I also read good thing about him on here.
im glad im not the only one who bentley of edison tried to take advantage of. Problem is its a PENSKE OWNED DEALERSHIP hence no body cares or is watching over the service department. So they do whatever to get sales. After jason finishes my car im taking it back and will ask for a full refund as they told me i needed a new motor. Or i will report them to bentley usa. Did you contact jason yet? He will be able to fix your car. Steve

Hello @Stephen Perez ,
I am very glad Jason figured out your problem !
But I am confused by your comments, back in December I asked you repeatedly to check the ECU plugs for corrosion (posts #12 &14), you stated all were "dry" (post #13), I again asked you about corrosion on the ECU plugs, but you seemed more fixated on the fact of the two coils burning up instead of checking the plugs for corrosion like I stated, and you did not answer my question, I also gave you my phone number in the post for you to contact me to come up and look at your vehicle, but you never called me, I also recommend Jason as he was very close to you, again I stated that in the post, and even pm'd you his contact information, so why did you have to read on 6speed about him, it just seems like I wasted my time asking or telling you what to look for..... especially since it was what I said, corroded ECU plugs.
And yes, Jason excellent person all around !!
