Cranking for a few seconds

Ever since I got my 2008 Flying Spur Speed, it has taken a few seconds of cranking to start. Is this normal? The big battery was replaced about 6 months ago - the smaller battery I have no idea when it was replaced.

I put both on my Dtek conditioner for a couple of days each but that didn't seem to improve things.

Thanks in advance,

Michael

A few seconds sounds like a long time to crank. A half to one second max I would think is what it should take.

Do you know if the spark plugs or coil packs have been changed in a while? Fuel filter may be another item to check out. Don't know if carbon buildup is a problem in these cars. I know this is an issue on the VR6 engines the W12 based off of.
