I am not 100% on the answer to this, so I called Jacob at Tarpin-Royce who has both the GT and Spur mats listed online, and I asked him to overlay one on another for fitment, I await his response.

I will say that I received my Hotspur GT mats from Tarpin-Royce and they are very high quality !

thx Johnny. I found some weather techs for a good price but only for the GT.

Jacob says that the front mats are the same , just not the rear of course.

I do not recommend Lloyd Mats at least for the rear seats of the 2013 Bentley GTC.
Clearly a bad fit, not even close to fitting. Add the run around from Lloyd, a real
pain. Wanted me to cut them in half and send photos of the pieces rather than
take them back untouched! Piece of work.
