Driver's window limits '05 GT

My driver's window doesn't seem to be doing the autodrop and raise when I open and close the door as the rear window does. Is there a reset feature or is something just worn out?

There is. I think it's similar to most cars, but can't find it (I read it on here, it might be in the handbook)

Something like: Hold the switch down so the window comes to the end stop (not one touch) Then hold it on the end stop for 5 seconds. Or bounce it on the end stop. Repeat to the top.

See if that fixes it.

Hey Catman, yeah I had a go at doing the reset, heard the relay click etc but it made no difference whatsoever. The window up/down movement is imperceptible unlike the rear window or the passenger side which moves a good 5mm positively...any other ideas on what to do or where to look next?

I'd have to guess at some of the microswitches in the door latch, but more than that I cannot say.

Have you got a VCDS scanner or similar? That might well point you in the right direction
