I maybe in the market soon for a new to me... lol.. aka used vehicle in the near future. I'm currently building out a service process for repairs, if needed outside the normal stealership networks.

I've had work done on my benzes from Gerardos. They also do a ton of bentleys. They have a lot of experience repairing them. They may not have loaners. In the past, they contracted that out to enterprise rentals.

Their contact information below:

Gerardo's Foreign Cars
640 Hyde Park Ave
Roslindale, MA 02131
(617)-327-8371

I've never had any work done with Silver Arrow Service but may be a viable option.

Silver Arrow Service
8 Rebel Road
Hudson, NH 03051
(603)-459-8190

Keep in mind, independent shops are in the business of making money as well. Many times their pricing for repairs are similar to the dealership. If I were you, I would get an accurate estimate from the dealer on the repair cost then shop your repair to these two shops mentioned or similar.
If the price delta is $200.00 to $300.00 apart from the dealership cost, then I would simply have the dealer repair it. If you're saving a few thousand dollars, then I would go the independent route. Good luck and keep us posted on how things worked out.
