Hi! My name is John. Our customer brought in his 2010 mulsanne. The issue is; we installed a CarPlay module in it. Worked fine for a little while. Now there’s no sound coming out. I’ve checked for signal output from the amp. None. There is a satellite receiver unit next to the amp. And a central control unit in the glove box that I believe; sends the signal to the amp and/or the satellite receiver, so the sound can come out the speakers. Could the amp be bad too? Now I’m confused as to which unit could be bad. I can’t find any audio diagrams for this model.

I just saw something else. One of the optical lines is not lighting up. Seems like the line broke. Could that be an issue as well?
