Hi, so I have 2005 Bentley continental GT. Little background on the car, someone had vandalized my car so it was sitting for a few months while the insurance claim was pending. Now that it was settled and I got my car back it is not starting. The issue was the batteries had been drained from sitting so I replaced both batteries my self and now it doesn't start just cranks. I know the tow truck driver jump started my car before the new batteries and it started up fine. Im wondering did jumpstarting it mess something up or was it me not properly installing the batteries in the right order. I know the batteries are connected properly. Also, There is a little bit of corrosion on some of the bolts and screws on the left side battery. I attached a pic. The codes I'm getting are P0600 and P0321.
