2004 oil cooler line replacement

Hi all,

I am wrapping up a engine replacement job on my 2004 CGT- I mounted the engine, subframe etc all back together and forgot to connect the oil cooler lines underneath . Can anyone help with how the lines are routed? (see diagram)

I am able to access the connections no problem (in blue) but I am worries that the hard lines are meant to be routed through the subframe (in red) and I haven't had any success trying to fish them through... Anyone know if this can actually be done? Or how to mount the hard lines through the subframe?

Thanks!
