2017 Bentayga W12 Cats or O2 Sensors

Hello All

I would appreciate some insight and help with an issue I have

i just purchased a Bentayga 2017 W12 with 35k miles on the clock

after driving it for a while i got a check engine light which the seller told me the issue for, a ‘catalytic converter efficiency below threshold’

after checking the car at the bentley specialist he confirmed that it is the same code

He flashed the codes and i dumped 2 cans of liqui moly catalytic system cleaner, after 60 miles it came back again

i cannot fathom how a 35k mile car got its cats clogged,

can you please direct me on what to do next?

i thought of using O2 sensor spacers >>> replace sensors if that doesnt work out

the specialist said downstream O2 sensors can be replaced, however cats are an engine out job

the specialist also pointed out that rear O2 sensors can be disabled via tune but i dont know how bad that would affect my ECU

ps where i live running without cats is legal no issues here

cheers
