Just got the Bentley GT!

Hello guys. I just got my GT on Thursday 7-13-06, and I am trying to learn as much about the car as possible. I bought it from Palm Beach Mercedes with about 4500 miles. Black exterior, two tone black and the dark tan interior. My salesman is very cool, but he didn't know much about the car.

I am trying to decide whether to go with the 20 inch rims or the 22 inch rims. What are the pros and cons of the car and the rim sizes? All help will be appreciated.

I think 20 inch wheels would be fine, 22" fit but It would look better on bigger cars, Have you seen Kahn Design Wheels for the Bentley Gt, They have various designs and the fit and finish is just great; Anways just enjoy you new Continental Gt

I havent seen Kahn, but I will check them out. I am strongly leaning towards 20's. Thanks

Yeah 20" for your comfort and a nice respected modified look

My biddy said the same thing today. I am going to take a look at
rims on Tuesday. I am trying to post pics, but I'm screwing things up.

If you do a search you will find a few members who have aftermarket rims on the board, also look at the websites of the sponsors to the right and they should have lots of pics for you to look at.

I look forward to pics of your SL65 also, thats my favorite!! You say you are having problems posting pics...whats wrong its fairly easy, Id be more than happy to help?

We have some nice BBS wheels in 20" The RS-GT looks amazing on that car.

Id' stay 20. 22 will begin to degrade your ride quality.

Are the custom rims designed to keep the Bentley emblem in the center?

We have 3pc forged wheels in both 20 and 22" that can retain the Bentley emblem in the center. That being said, it's about 95% 22 vs 20 in terms of units sold (at least thru us)

if you have any questions, feel free to email or call...i've done around 30-40 of the GT/flying spur combined, so we have quite a bit of experience with it...

Can you email me a catalog or some potential full face chrome wheels? I wanna get this done within the next two weeks.

You cannot change the centers in a BBS wheel.
