Sorry to say this but i thik the owner of this Phantom must have been or crack ,by the way "Crack is Wack ". When i first saw that picture posted i was like hmm, looks diferent its dont bad,but looks better stock. Buy then i clicked the ebay link and i was like WOW U.G.LY. Looks like he or she want to stand out and the performed some DIY on the CAR, the result is WACK. The car is UGLY its being fetured on popular car sites like Topspeed.
