BMW 5 Series Pricing

Hi, I'm getting a new daily driver in the next week or so and I found an AWD 5 series that I may like and I was wondering what a decent price would be to pay for it?

It is here:

A 2007 used/demo 530xi with 5k miles.

It's got Navigation, Premium package, cold weather package, etc.

They are asking $54k.
