What is your mod list you plan to get. May I suggest to start with RPi scoops and BMC high flow filters 
It will open her up and give some good HP gains. Also remove the charcoal filters.

Sad to hear about the mishap. Great you are OK, and easy to say "its just a car". But looking back weeks/months from now, it will become more realistic, it was just an accident. .
I would have your insurance company do the legwork, not you b4 hiring a lawyer. If you are not pleased with the outcome, then maybe hire a lawyer. A lot will depend if witness(es) the police report, the creditability of your and perhaps their insurance company. Hopefully, the repair can be done without to much stress.
