i agreed. Talked to other friend, he suspect it weight ~3400lbs stock. This one also still have awd, not rwd conversion, and everything else looks stock(from the outside). Regardless, it still very fast

Yeah Rob's HPF Stage3 is packing some serious HPF heat!! That thing is a monster!! Horsepower wins races...in this case 800rwhp wins a lot of races!!

maybe Sid350 can chime in with the result, because i was too far back to see. From the video, look like HPF pulled a little bit ahead on 996tt

Yes he did, that thing moves like a son of a B%@#! I would have him in 2nd, 3rd, but going into 4th he starts to really turn on and start building lengths. I usually end races in 4th but I actually went into 5th for this one!! This wasn't a stoplight to stoplight sprint fellas... we did long runs... he's got some awesome top-end. It sounded real good racing next to. Horsepower wins races... I'm putting down about 550AWHP on K24/Hybrids, closer power to a PROTO-650 not a 700. I saw his dyno run where he made about 800RWHP. That's awesome... Like I told the guys at cars and coffee, I'm a bit inspired as well to begin making some changes.

Where you pulling the Lotus Esprit up top or did he let off? Also if your looking for more consistent bottle pressure you may want to invest in a Nano system. It uses pressurized nitrogen to always keep the bottle at ideal pressure.
That Porsche pulls extremely hard on the top end, but the M3.....wow what a top end monster....!

I am a nitrous guy myself, and I personally have debated slapping myself about all of the things to worry about. Realistically if you do it right the car should have all of the safety switches that come with the kit and some kind of controller like the Zex system. I have a lean safety switch as well for added protection.
The Nano system instead of relying on bottle pressure to be regulated by ever changing temperatures. It actually uses a nitrogen push system to regulate pressure. Here is a link to the system, alot of us domestic guys are using it. I plan to get one soon as well. It also uses all of the nitrous in the bottle instead of only using about 3/4 of it like a normal system does.

Thanks for the advise about the nitrous, I was so desperate last year needing more power, but not to be offended to anyone, the nitrous not my cup of tea. It good for staging/prep short race and not on the highway run like I always do. My 10lbs bottle only last three races two week agos(sprayed from 3th-7th gear and speed from 75-195mph, 75-205mph, and one short 60-140mph). After nitrous gone, i will be like "stock" car even with full bolt-on mods(headers/exhaust/pulley/intake/ecu,etc)
Note: are you from kirkland, WA?

If you watched the video against lotus, his break light lid with my speedo between 120-140mph(hard to tell exactly, but hope attached pic help). I would say I creeping back up around 110-120mph, but definitely he still ahead when his break light lid.

I'm sure you would've passed me if the speeds kept going up, I'll be happy to run you again if you want so we can see what speed you pass me at. You're too nice of a guy I feel bad that I let off now
