looking for a good E36 M3 forum

I'm looking at picking up a 98 E36 M3 this week for a pretty good price. I'm not really familiar with BMW forums, I've only done bimmerforums and bimmerwerkz.

Are there any forums you guys could recommend? I would also appreciate any knowledge on specific issues to look for that I might not be aware of.

It has 84,000 miles on it, that's really all the info I have until I go take a look.

Thanks in advance for any help.

m3forum.net will be the busiest and most helpfull (especially database/search wise) on the E36 chassis.

bimmerforums.com has a ton of E36 material

M3Forum is more into the E46 M3, though there is good E36 content too.
Roadfly use to be HUGE for the E36 line, but I haven't been there in years. It might still be worth a look.
Bimmerforums is pretty much an E36 site.

M3Forum is good, but be prepared to get flamed and slammed if you don't "fallow" the masses and say anything that remotely resembles negativity towards any automobile that isn't a BMW;)

Not true in the E36 section.

The E46 section of M3F is worthless, but as long as you aren't into the slam/poke/stretch garbage, the E36 section is pretty good. ;)

Bimmerforums is great for e36, just has a bunch of 16 year olds that make the site kinda annoying! All in all has the most e36 information hands down!

This is correct.

Bimmerforums is the place for E36 content, no question.

Both sections of M3forum are worthless LOL, that forum is having some serious issues right now.

As mentioned, bimmerforums.com is a gr8 forum for e36 vehicles.

+1 It's called trolling and fanboy BMW stroking, and the mods only perpetuate the behavior ;)
