Caveat Emptor: BMW M Driver Training are a$$h*les...

For those of you who might be tempted to book yourself a training event with BMW & Mini Driving Experience BEWARE!

I booked a couple of events back in Feb for the RedBull Ring last week in May, I recently contacted BMW Driver Training to see if they were cancelling or postponing their events in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, I was told that the events will go ahead, this is despite the fact the Austria is in lockdown and also under a restrictive travel ban...

When I asked them if I could re-book or cancel they told me there would be (at least) a 20% fee for this (Porsche refunded or re-booked with no penalties)

frankly I think going ahead with the event is irresponsible and charging a cancelation fee is rather shabby business behavior under these circumstances...

YMMV
