Good stuff Fellas. I am going to take some recently posted advice and remain quiet for a bit, while we figure out the legal stuff. I appreciate all of the help and will chime in more when I can. You guys keep the story alive and I'll jump back in when the attorney says it's cool.

You should demand a new car on your lawsuit.. I wouldnt drive a damage car

Your posts aren't getting deleted... there are two threads gowing with the same name. Confusing as hell, but check it out in the M forum. There are two threads... you are probably posting in one, and checking in the other.

I may be wrong...

 

i'll have to look. that may be the case. i and a couple other people definately had some posts deleted in another unrelated thread.

Hey dont know what the deal is man...but this is what to do as my cousin had this happen:

1. threaten to sue them for the lose of the cars value... Figure out how much u paid in total to get your car where it was.... Then figure out how much it would cost to get the EXACT SAME thing... same options and everything...cars with extra options arent worth more to you...tell them that its an emotional thing... Which you can also sue for emotional damages and also stress as they had their lawyer get involved...Tell them you will also sue for legal fee's as you dont feel you should have to pay for all the court issues... Then tell them how you will put an ADD in the local county Paper telling of the story with Pictures and all... Doesnt cost to much to do this on a Saturday and Sunday paper...

in the end you will either get a BRAND NEW CAR... or more cash then your car was ever worth...

But if you take to long to get the ball rolling you will be at a loss... Dont let them boss you around... U got the ball...figure your Jordan and your going against a 5 year old... You got all the advantages.

 

Their lawyer is just trying to scare you If you got a letter that quick from them. If all else fails, threaten the life of the 21 year old or the SA for the money
