The all T304 stainless steel exhaust features a mirror polished finished, thick flanges, OEM fit, and an incredible sound. As tested on a Mustang Dyno, the Agency Power Porsche 986 boxster exhaust produced an impressive 23HP and 11ft/lbs of torque. Agency Power has developed and tested this exhaust system for the Porsche 987 Boxster and Cayman vehicles. The all T304 stainless steel exhaust features a mirror polished finished, thick flanges, OEM fit, and an incredible sound. The twin muffler exhaust system can be used with the OEM exhaust tip or our optional dual style chrome exhaust tip. The exhaust tip is easily fitted on to the OEM y-pipe and can be adjusted as needed. The exhaust is more free flowing with the reduction of the 2 additional catalytic converters. The exhaust will then give you much better throttle response compared to the stock system. Producing an amazing sound which gives the Porsche a race tone, this exhaust is still comfortable for daily driving. As tested on a Mustang Dyno, the Agency Power Porsche 987 exhaust produced an impressive 23HP and 11ft/lbs of torque. Add an ECU upgrade with an intake kit and your power will keep climbing!

This exhaust will not fit the 987.2 without modification.

Agency Power 981 cayman Exhaust system MSRP $1295



Agency Power has become well known for their high quality exhaust systems. The Porsche 981 Boxster was released in the summer of 2012 with a total redesign from the previous 987 chassis design. The direct fuel injection Porsche which is available in either the 2. 7L or 3. 4L engine, lacks the sports car grunt. To meet regulations and sound restrictions, the factory exhaust does rob alittle power and performance which can easily be uncorked. The new Agency Power exhaust system for the Porsche 981 is a complete header back kit. It features secondary cat bypass pipes and a dual muffler with a large dual tip. With an all stainless steel construction featuring exquisite TIG welding and polished piping, the exhaust system including mounting bracket is a direct replacement for the OEM unit.

As tested on our Mustang all wheel drive dyno, the muffler in comparison to stock added a peak of 7whp and 11ft/lbs of torque over stock. Because of the sensitivity of the traction control, the car must be tested in AWD mode which typically yields lower numbers then a RWD test only. However the most impressive gains were between 2500 and 4300 rpm’s which are typical driving conditions to get you from 0-60 much quicker.

The exhaust has a more aggressive tone then stock but is still very comfortable for daily use. It is designed to fit the 2013 and up Porsche 981 Boxster and Cayman. It will fit the Non-S, S, and GT4 versions. No cutting or welding required. Optional headers sold separately. All Agency Power parts come with a limited lifetime warranty when you fill out the form here.

Agency Power 981 Catted headers MSRP $1995



The Porsche 981 platform which replaced the 987 Boxster and Cayman still features a DFI 2.7L or 3.4L engine. However there are big performance gains to be had in the exhaust system. A normally aspirated engine does not want to lose alot of backpressure as this will affect low end torque. With the right combination of exhaust flow and backpressure, getting more horsepower and torque can be easily obtained. Not only that, your sports car will actually sound like it should!

The all stainless steel headers feature precision TIG welding with a beautiful merge collector. The headers feature high flow catalytic converters. Because of the increased exhaust flow, these headers can trigger a check engine light. We recommend aftermarket ECU tuning to get rid of this CEL if it appears.

With the addition of our Agency Power performance muffler, the Porsche 981 Boxster S gained 11whp and 24ft/lbs of torque. These fit all S and Non S Porsche Boxster and Cayman 981 from 2013 and on.
