Yeah.. thats probably my only option after listening to what everyone is saying. Here's to hoping someones in the market for some 19 in Techart Formula wheels and tires.. wish I could find someone to swap 996 offset I currently have for the cayman ones.

Are those off of a 996 C4S I am assuming, by the offset and the tire size?

Those are likely the 19x11 et25, and what you need is the 19x11 et52 with a 15mm spacer to make the effective offset 19x11 et37. I'm afraid there isn't anything that can be done to correct this problem with the existing wheels....Also the tire needs to be a 295/30/19 at widest...

I strongly recommend that you NOT machine the hub. You would be altering the strength of the wheel. It's waaay too risky and I can't imagine a machine shop that would provide that service - given the liability involved.

There isn't enough material left on the pad to machine 10-12mm off like is needed.....plus the lug seat is only 7mm deep, you will cut those right off and will have no way to bolt the wheel to the car
