I like the shape of the wing itself, but the struts are tapering wider as they go up and that looks all kinds of wrong to me.

IMO it doesn't really look like it fits on the car.

i have to agree. the wing looks good, but the struts need a different shape. a little more angle, a little less curve.

Guys

This is the exact Techart style Gt-2 wing you see on all the Techart cars without the bottom base part and rear brake light mounted slightly lower so how could it not look fantastic?. I will have to get some better photos from the rear and hopefully that will help . lets not throw this one out just yet .

Ok then You guys Tell me exactly what Kind of wing would be the Ultimate wing for the Rear of The Cayman? I am with you all on this .I have YET to find a wing that is really Perfect for the cayman and have been searching for 3 years now

My 2 favorites so far are the Techart 1st and the speedart 2nd .Your Input is very important here . I am trying to get a Rear wing for the Cayman made for Under 1k us dollars so we all can have a option to customize the rear of the cayman .

ENILDER "reminds me of one of those civics with huge rear wing"
Thats Brutal,You guys are causing me to go downstairs to the JAGGER BAR !!
after I recover I will return

Honestly, i dont know if the type of wing i like would fit on the Cayman without SERIOUS modification to the rear but here is my idea:

- A 993 Turbo style 'whale tale' wing. nothing on "stilts" like the Techart wing...something low, wide, flat, and "porsche" looking. It should have an integrated brake light, not ruin the functionality of the rear hatch, and not block my taillights. That would be sick!

advantyper

I Have requested some and hope to have them soon.

We can all agree that the TECHART rear spoiler is awsome looking Correct?

This will be Identical in styling but without the big bottom base part and a rear brake light and under 1K
all they did was remove those parts and make the wing a NON adjustable rear wing . it is a bolt on with just the right height in the rear .Not too high not too low . the first mold sat up too high and was voted too RICE Looking n a GROUP VOTE . this newer version sits lower on the rear deck and I think it will be a homerun.. I will get the pis to prove it!!!

Proof that Porsche designed this Great looking Cayman and then they could not even design a rear wing worthy of calling It a spoiler .
Its really not an easy assignment as I have seen around 10 different rear wings and I still cannot pull the plug on one yet .
Its really odd when you think about it the Gt-cars look naked without the Big spoiler on the rear a 911 and carreras dont need one, and its been just as impossible for the Boxser owners to find a suitable looking rear wing .
I like the fact that the NR auto asessories GT-2 Rear wing is adjustable so you can lower it all the way down if you dont like it up so high .
This proposed project will be a FIXED height though .If It it looks right from the rear I am going for it I have faith in them .

how about new gt3 type? also, you need to move that spoiler a little bit back where actual spoiler was. in first picture, looks like the spoiler is sitting infront of the actual spoiler. idk what thats about.
i've yet to see one that i like :/
